SVN Action: SVN - Commit returns the following error: " Execution of SVN action failed. Reason: Unsupported working copy format svn: E155021: This client is too old to work with the working copy at 'D:\Test' (format '31'). Start Time: 2017-01-11 19:54:08.468.

I am able to use tortoiseSVN client directly to commit to SVN server but it does not work with CA RA Action.

CA Release Automation 6.x
SVN Action Pack v10.5.1410.1
Subversion edge 5.1.1
TortoiseSVN 1.9.5 used to manually commit on workstations

The problem is related to the svnkit-1.7.11.jar being used by our action pack. It is not compatible with the SVN client being used.

A. Point to a specific file instead of a folder (svn commit command will also generate this message when you point to a folder).
B. The SVN Action Pack was recently updated to include the latest svnkit. The SVN Action Pack version available now is 10.6.1807.1. You can either install/update the action pack via the ROC -> Administration -> Action Management. Or you can manually download/install the action pack. To manually download the jar and its file please go here:

For more details on upgrading the action pack via ROC (manually and automatically) see this page in the product documentation: Manage Action Packs and Plug-ins
