DevTest Portal Freezes at times

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes experience performance issues with the Portal despite reasonable configuration.

The symptoms are regular freezes of the browser observed at different times, with different browsers using different user accounts. For example, uploading Virtual Services or Tests or some other actions.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

The issue was happening due to the DevTest network engine which scans all adapters.

Resolution

Disabling any unused network adapters will improve the performance.
