DUT - Admin login failure in Data Upload Tool

Issue/Introduction
When Admin performing the daily Operation using Data Upload Tool like, adding, deleting, updating the records.
After entering the credentials, and other required parameters, once you start the Operation, the Operation will fail with the error message :
Login Failed : User not Authenticated.

Cause
The Admin ID might get locked because of Maximum number of failed login attempts exceeded.
Resolution
When you face the issue, please raise a request with your Internal Global admin and request for a password reset for your Admin ID.
The steps to be followed to reset the password.
Login to Transaction Manager Admin Console.
a) If he is Global Admin please click on option : "Enable/Disable/Delete Global Admin Account" and search for his Admin ID, verify if the ID is Active, if not please make it Active.
Step 1) Please click on option "Reset Global Admin Password", search for the admin ID and issue a new password.
b) If he is Issuer Admin click on option "Enable/Disable/Delete Issuer Admin Account" and select Issuer name under the drop down, and search for his Admin ID, verify if the ID is Active, if not please make it Active, and follow the Step 1 to reset password.
c) If he is CSR Admin click on option "Enable/Disable/Delete Administrator Account" and select Issuer name under the drop down, and search for his Admin ID, verify if the ID is Active, if not please make it Active, and follow the Step 1 to reset password.
Once the Admin ID is unlocked and password is reset, please request Admin to first try logging into admin console, at first login he will be prompted to change the password, once he change the password, and login Successfully into the admin console, then the new password should be used to login to Data Upload tool.
