Downloaded general PTF collection for ACF2 V16 and ACF2/DB2 V1.3,
one item brought in was APAR TR88620.

Resolution
APAR TR88620 was replaced by PTF RO92655 on October 28 - 2016.
Two choices to resolve this Case:
1.) Remove APAR TR88620 and APPLY PTF RO92655.
2.) Add a 'PRE(TR88620)' statement to PTF RO92655, if APAR TR88620 is already APPLY'd and you don't want to remove it.
