If you are intending to connect Xtraction to different Service Management products, it is important to know what data souces are available in advance.

Pay attention to the database support for Xtraction connecting to Service Management products. See Oracle is supported only for Service Desk, Service Desk Admin and CMDB. It means Xtraction connects to Service Catalog only if the database is SQL Server.
