Datamart database casm_dm not created at install

When installing Datamart from the CA Service Management DVD, no errors occurred, the installation seemed to complete successfully, but the casm_dm database was not created.
The password for the "sa" username, which is part of the specified connection parameters during installation of Datamart, includes one or more characters that are not alphanumeric English. For example, a password that contains = or &.

Change the password to simplified password, a password that does not contain special characters.
After Datamart is successfully installed, and the database has been created, change the password back to the original password.
The fix is planned to be included in 188.8.131.52 (rollup #2).
