Issue/Introduction
We are looking at adding some additional probe to our monitoring systems.
How can we tell what probes require a separate / additional license?
What would be the cost of these license?

UIM 9.0 and earlier
Resolution
To determine which probes require a separate license you can go into the archive in IM and look at the Column called Required.
If there is a yes in this column the probe requires a separate license file.
This will only show a yes if the packed has been downloaded and imported to the archive.
For information on availability and cost of new monitoring licensing you will need to contact your account manager
to review your contract. Support does not have access to this information.
