WXR_Index.csv not found when executing GUI IVP

Issue/Introduction
Running Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) GUI Installation Verification Procedure (IVP), the following error is returned:
-> reading: csv/WXR_Index.csv
An Error occurred: 404 - Not Found
Environment
Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) 1.5 GUI
Resolution
Execute CFHRSAMP(CSVBATCH) to RESET the files:
ACTION=RESET
MONTH=07/2018
This job generates the CSV files from the MSU-DB dataset and generates the missing index too. MONTH parameter must be set to the month for which the files have to be reset. See CSVBATCH comments:
//* MONTH=0]-1]MM/YYYY *
//* Report time range definiton per billing period, data for CSV *
//* creation is selected for the defined month. With 0 the current *
//* month is used, -1 is the previous month, or define the month you *
//* are interested in with MM/YYYY (MM is the month and YYYY the year)*
