How to check in the file in Build.

Issue/Introduction

We had configured the checkout process for the Build state to include the "Check out for Update" mode. As a result we had checked out a file and had made updates, but no check in process had been defined in that state so we could not check in.

Resolution

Recommended to delete the "R"-tagged version, demote the package to the initial "DEV" state and check out the file for update in that state instead.
