Issue/Introduction

Actuals for expense resources are showing an unexpected value on their task assignments. 

How are the Actuals from financial transactions being calculated for different types of resources?

Resolution

• For a Non-Expense resource (Labor/Material/Equipment), the Actuals is Quantity. 
• For an Expense resource, the Actuals is Amount (Quantity * Rate). For expense resources the recommendation is to use 1 for the Rate.
