SVTnX1417W GROUP(s) with Primary=TEMPONLY!CACHONLY are not released, but rather forced to hold
Reason: This is a warning message when Vtape command SET BACKSTORE=-RELEASE,GROUP=nn was specified and the group that had been specified was either a TEMPONLY or CACHONLY defined group.
