Issue/Introduction

Applied Microsoft Patch KB4338824 to Windows Server 2012 R2 and it is causing the Policy Server to not be able to open port 44443.

Environment

Windows Server 2012 R2
12.6 SP2

Resolution

MS Patch KB4345424 resolved the issue of the Policy Server not starting correctly.
