CDD Agile Central plug-in Task update fails with error 401

Issue/Introduction

Update AgileCentral task using  CA Agile Central Plug-In in CA Continuous Delivery Directory (CDD) may fail with an error "Update Task - HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized".

Cause

 API Key generated in Agile Central has ALM WSAPI Read-only grant

Agile Central Grants -  
 Read Only - You only query data via the API Key. GET requests. 
 Full Access - You can create or update anything in which you have access to based off of your Rally permissions.  

Resolution

Create a new api key by unchecking the option "ALM WSAPI Read-only"
Or
Edit the API key and uncheck "ALM WSAPI Read-only"
