Can I add more columns in Release Status page? 

Resolution

Unfortunately not.  However what you're trying to achieve can be done by using Work Views.  You can set the Work Views page up by using the same columns as in "Release Status" page plus you can add a column with Custom Field you've created for your User Story type.
