Where from can I download the App Experience Analytics (AXA)?

Environment

• CA App Experience Analytics (AXA) 23.x, 24.x
• DX AXA 23.x, 24.x
• DX O2 23.x, 24.x

 

Resolution

App Experience Analytics(AXA) is now part of the DX APM installer, you can download DX APM as below:

1. Go to Support Download Site > APM download page

2. Select "DX Application Performance Management" option

3. Select a supported version

4.Download the DXCommonPlatformInstaller-x.x.x.x-offline.tar.gz package

below is an example when selecting 24.2

5. For version 23.x, 24.1 during installation you will be asked to select the products you are interested to install APM, OI , AXA

Starting from 24.2 , AXA, APM and OI are not longer available separately. DX Operational Observability or DX O2 combines the capabilities of DX APM, DX Operational Intelligence, DX App Experience Analytics, and synthetic app data into a single unified tool with a common user experience for your IT Operations and SRE, Monitoring, Business, and Application Development teams to reduce user onboarding time and increase productivity and collaboration.
