Expected behavior when user does not exist at ldap during enrollment

When user does enrollment to OTP, a check is done in LDAP to verify that user is authorized to this enrollment or exist in ldap store at AA. What is the expected behaviour when user does not exist in ldap store at AA?

Resolution

AFM will be throwing below error if the user is not exist at Arcot.
ArcotAFM exception notice.707061154 while determining if user requires migration: Your details are not available in our system currently. Please contact customer care for support

 finally you are getting below error on the browser. 
"Your details are not available in our system currently. Please contact customer care for support"
