How Users can change their Top Secret passwords without access to TSO
On IBM Z Mainframe, we have users who do not have a TSO access in Top Secret and have to change their passwords every month.
Is there any kind of user interface (or API) with direct access to Top Secret, with which these users can change their password?

We do not have any built in functionality where Users can change their own passwords via admin commands.
Most users change their password from a signon screen.
