Not getting "Transaction daily count" for perticular duration of time

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to get the Virtual service Metrics for "Transaction Daily Counts" in devtest portal but when we select the specific time duration of the day as a Time Range to get the count , "get Report" tab is disabled and not getting any reports but when we select the whole day as a Time Range , we are getting the report. Our requirement is to see the transaction counts for specific time frame on a specific day.

Resolution

      The current report will show report for Daily transaction count (Not based on time frame within the day).
      Alternately, you can find the number of hits to the service from logs by downloading the log file for specific service and search for Request in it and see the count from number of matching.
