Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Spectrum Overview dashboard errors are presented instead of reports

Resolution

There are a few requirements for the Dashboard to work propery:

1. Time Sync - The Jasper and OneClick machine need to be within 1 minute of each other.  There is a patch  (D341) that extends this out to 10 minutes.

2. Jasper SSO is required. 

3. OneClick / Spectrum User ID must be used.

We have also seen specific versions of Chrome cause this problem while other browsers work fine.

CA suggests updating to the latest version of Chrome to potentially resolve this issue.
