My weekly report not received how can I check what happened

 I didn't get my weekly report as usual today  I generated manually this morning and the reporting feature was working fine.How can I check what happened to the report that should have been sent?

Resolution

It is possible to check the status of messages sent including reports using the user Interface under Reports & Alerts->Message Log (https://asm.ca.com/en/messagelog.php)

Here you can see whether the report was sent or not and whether that action was successful.

If the log shows the report was sent successfully then the advice would be to check that the receiving mail server had not blocked or quarantined the message.
