AWA processes fail with Login timeout expired error

Issue/Introduction

When creating an ODBC connection to the database, the error "Login timeout expired" appears after entering the database username and password. The CP and WP processes fail with the same error in the logs.

Cause

Windows UAC is blocking the ODBC connection to the database.

Resolution

Disable UAC and restart the server.
