How to change the Date & Time format in AWA

Issue/Introduction

The date format for the Automation Engine (message, last modified date, etc) is showing as MM/DD/YYYY. How can the format be changed to be DD/MM/YYYY?

Resolution

The Automation Engine takes its date and time format from the OS. Changing the format at the OS level to DD/MM/YYYY will also change the format for the AE.
