Is there a way to edit fields after submitting a request in Service Catalog?

Depending the way forms, fields and Java Scripts are build in Service Catalog, it can be necessary to edit fields even when a request is already submitted. From a real use case, the customer had a field where end users were able to evaluate a request in order to let the analyst knows if the request was properly addressed.

Is it possible to edit a field even when a request is already submitted?

In order to make editting fields possible, see the steps below:
  1. Catalog tab -> Configuration -> Request Management Configuration
  2. Go to Access Control: Edit Request
  3. Change permissions according to your need.
