OSA Express6 resource does not show Packet or attribute information in Netmaster

Issue/Introduction

After migrating from z13 using OSA Express5 to z14  using OSA Express6, the OSA resource attributes "PacketsTransmitted" and "PacketsReceived" are not collected.  Baseline displays are empty, but no error is displayed in the log.
SNMP Access is working correctly.
