Errors importing resources into CA PPM - error code : 1422

Issue/Introduction

When importing resources into CA PPM using Xog, we are getting the following error message:

<Exception><![CDATA[SQL Exception with error code : 1422]]></Exception> 
</ErrorInformation>

Component: ODXOG

Cause

In this particular instance the Xog import xml file was also updating resources OBS information
but in CA PPM there were duplicate OBS units and therefore xog failed as it could not determine which one to use.

Resolution

Remove all duplicate OBS units
