How do you create a user in CABI to use the CAPM and CABI integration?

Resolution
In the CABI GUI....
1. Manage -> Users
2. Select the Performance Management organization on the left
3. Click Add User
4. enter a User name that matches a user in CAPC (case sensitive)
5. enter a password that matched that user in CAPC (case sensitive)
6. Click Add User to pm
7. Click the User then click edit in the bottom right
8. In Roles Available, select ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR and ROLE_SUPERUSER and add them to the Roles Assigned.
9. Click Save at the bottom
