CA LDAP Server for z/OS ends Abnormally

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to bring up R15.1 of the LDAP Server on our production LPAR using Port 390. R12 is currently the release being used on the production LPAR and it uses Port389. When I start R15.1, it ends with a RC=0009. I have not been able to find any messages that would give me a clue as to what is the source of my problems.

Resolution

The USS Directory for the new R15.1 LDAP Server had gotten corrupted. Once it was recovered and the customized changes re-applied, the LDAP Server came up and is functioning as expected.
