PMO Add-In (csk) Install stops if not using jaspersoft

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded from 14.4 to 15.4.1 with no issues. We are not using the data warehouse or jaspersoft and do not have any of those configured. When applying the "admin content csk" command, the install stops immediately with a message that dwh is not configured. Is this per design? Is there a way to install the csk?

What potentially will not work if it is not installed?

Resolution

One of the pre-requisites for installing add-ins, including the PMO (csk) add-in, is that you must have the data warehouse installed. The add-in content depends on the DWH schema, so without the DWH available in the environment, the add-ins will not work (and cannot be installed to begin with, as you have found).
