A self signed SSL certificate was included in server.xml that results in the following message accessing CA CSM from the browser: There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server. We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website.
How do I get around the 'self-signed' error in my Firefox web browser?

After entering the CA CSM URL and it displays the message "Your connection is not secure", on the lower right of the screen, click where it says "add exception". It displays another panel, on the left check off where it says permanently store this exception and click confirm security exception.
