Can I order a pax file for Endevor at a specific incremental level?

Issue/Introduction

I have a requirement to upgrade Endevor to 18.0 but I need to upgrade to a specific incremental version of Endevor, ie 18.0.02.
Then I would like to get a pax file for Endevor, ie 18.0.02.
How Can i do this ?

The only version available is the last version GA.  The V18 pax file contains the last incremental level, INC12.
