The document will guide how to cancel 3D secure service .To cancel a cardholder’s enrollment in the 3-D Secure service:Step 1
: Login into CA Transaction Manager Admin Console.Step 2
: In the left-hand pane, under the Cardholder Configurations section, click the Cardholder Account Inquir
y link. The Cardholder Account Inquiry page appears.

: Specify the required Card Number / Proxy PAN in the Card Number field, and click the Submit button. The Cardholder Account Inquiry page will pop-up.

: Click the Cancel 3-D Secure Service for Card link, below the Enrolled Cardholders table.

: Select the reason for cancellation, by selecting the appropriate reason from the Reason for Cancelling 3-D Secure Service list. Step 6
: Add Remarks, if required. Step 7
: Click the Submit button. The “Cardholder <name> deactivated” message appears. The Cancelled Cardholders table on the page is updated with this information.
