The document will guide how to cancel 3D secure service .To cancel a cardholder’s enrollment in the 3-D Secure service:Step 1 : Login into CA Transaction Manager Admin Console.
Step 2: In the left-hand pane, under the Cardholder Configurations section, click the
Cardholder Account Inquiry link. The Cardholder Account Inquiry page appears.

Fig 1: Cardholder Account Inquiry page Step 3: Specify the required Card Number / Proxy PAN in the Card Number field, and click the Submit button. The Cardholder Account Inquiry page will pop-up.

Step 6: Add Remarks, if required.
Step 7: Click the Submit button. The “Cardholder <name> deactivated” message appears. The Cancelled Cardholders table on the page is updated with this information.
