Issue/Introduction
There is no VNA data seen in CAPC dashboards
Resolution
In the CAPC UI go to:
- Administration
- Monitored Items Management
- VNA Gateway
Edit the VNA Gateway
- Change the Administrative Status to Down and then Save it. This will essentially stop the integration between VNA and CAPC
- Edit the VNA Gateway again and change the Administrative Status back to Up and Save it. This re-initializes the integration between VNA and CAPC
You should now start seeing data in CAPC
