Issue/Introduction

While building the z/OS 2.3 environment, the S0DC2 ABEND occurred when trying to submit a JOB after started CA Roscoe.
What is the cause of this ABEND ?

Cause

The cause of this ABEND is the MEMLIMIT=0 parameter of the SYS1.PARMLIB(SMFPRMxx).
According to the IBM APAR(OA48853), it explains about an ABEND.

Resolution

Please remove the MEMLIMIT=0 parameter from the SYS1.PARMLIB(SMFPRMxx).
