Hard coded host/port in Server Manager Code

Issue/Introduction

Generation of the server procedure of C will generate WSDL Definitions for TE Web Service automatically in a source code. 
Is there any method of changing the host name and port number of URL outputted to soap:address location? 

i.e.
<soap:address location=\"http://localhost:2008/........."/>

Environment

CA Gen r8.6

Resolution

There is no method of changing the host name and port number of URL outputted in the generated source code from Toolset. 
Moreover, change is not manually required in order to access TE Web Service.
