Issue/Introduction

I have deployed One Site Two Nodes cluster in AWS (Amazon Web Services) according to KD article KB000097666. Cluster is up and running but PAM cluster VIP assignment failed. Cluster log shows the following message
PAM-CMN-2939: SEVERE: Assigning the VIP to this cluster member failed.
Using each node's IP address/hostname I can access PAM normally

Environment

PAM 3.1.x older than 3.1.3
PAM 3.2.x older than 3.2.2

Cause

This is a known bug recorded in bug ID DE366663.

Resolution

Engineering has identified this is as bug (bug ID DE366663) and at this time this article is written, the fix is planed to be introduced into PAM version 3.1.3 and PAM version 3.2.2.
There is a workaround to address this issue, however Technical Support should SSH to PAM server to address this issue. If you need the workaround to be deployed please raise a Technical Support call ticket and informed this KD article.
