Error in SYSLOGD parameter group prevents proper login to Netmaster 12.2 during initialization

Issue/Introduction
An error occurs when logging into Netmaster after upgrade to 12.2 INC03.
Directly after logon the screen shows one outstanding parameter.
Selecting 'list all outstanding parameters' shows a panel showing Category Group ID Description Status INTERFACES $RM SYSLOGD SYSLOGD Message Interface RUNNING
AdminsI can't get beyond this without getting logged off.
It cannot be selected or ignored.

Adding CC2DLINK to LINKLST may resolve the problem.
