In the event that you are using a vip or proxy to access the OAuth Manager, you may need to change the configured port used for the OAuth manager from the default (8443).

OAuth Toolkit 4.x

Open a session to the Policy Manager, and open the “#oauth manager config” policy.
It can be found under" OTK/Customizations/oauth manager/#oauth manager config".

Add a "Set Context Variable" Assertion to the policy, with the following values:

Variable Name:
Data Type: String
Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
Expression: https://${}${request.url.path}

The above example is for removing the 8443 port configured in the default "oauth manager config" policy, and using the default HTTPS port.
