AHD04756 can not open wsp_schema.log for output at pdm_publish

Issue/Introduction

After customize some fields in WSP and try to run pdm_publish the following error appear:

 E:\>pdm_publish Pdm_publish:
Verifying Server CA Service Desk Manager is not running...
AHD04756: can't open wsp_schema.log for output at .pdm_publish.pl line 594
pdm_publish execution failed

Environment

SDM 14.1.X
SDM 17.1.X

Cause

This issue occurs because the command to run the publication needs administrator rights.

Resolution

1. Open command prompt by right clicking on command prompt icon and select 'Run as administrator'.
2. Run pdm_publish
