Inactive users still show under License Administration

Issue/Introduction

There are a few users who are inactive and have had all permissions removed that still show as using a license under License Administration

Cause

There is a Clarity group in Active Directory that is holding on to these licenses

Resolution

1. Remove the individuals from the Clarity group in Active Directory.
2. Then, run the LDAP Obsolete Users job to deactivate and remove the user license.
