Issue/Introduction
Table Views are useful to provide multiple metrics to review for a common function. For example different Capacity or Usage metrics for a group of Partition Component elements.
These Views are most useful when a specific metric column can be set as the sort preference and the sort order is configurable. Which View provides this functionality?
On-Demand Multi-Metric Table reports don't provide a repeatable sorting configuration. It can be sorted but it loses the sorting selections every time it the report runs.

Resolution
Use the "IM Table (Top)" View in a Dashboard for this report.
It can be configured with the same columns in your On-Demand sample but it allows the View to be configured to sort on a particular column every time.
