ETC By Period configuration under Task

Issue/Introduction

When navigating to a project's Task tab and selecting a task, you can assign resources to a task. You can assign the resource an ETC and there is a section that displays the ETC By Period. This can be configured to display a specific number periods, if the periods are weekly, monthly, etc. Can these periods be configured?

For example, we use fiscal quarters. Q1 18/19 would start on April 1 2018 and end on June 30 2018. However, what is being displayed is regular quarters where Q1 starts on January 1st. For us that would be fiscal quarter Q4.

How can I configure the ETC By Period TSV under Task to display Fiscal quarters?

Resolution

Unfortunately the TSVs cannot be configured to display Fiscal weeks, months, or quarters- only Fiscal Years.
