17.1 Unable to view options under catalog tab

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to view options under catalog tab after upgrading to 17.1

Environment

CA Service Catalog 17.1

Resolution

Step 1 : EEM login page -> Select " Service Catalog" Application , Login to EEM. 
Step 2: Manage Access Policies ->Policies -> Explicit Denies 
Step 3:  Select Explicit Denies -> Guinode-  Update " ACL_restrict_r11_Guinodes"  & "ACL_restrict_unwanted_Guinodes
             add Version " 17.1". under the where clause.
