How do I set the PAM Appliance to Factory Defaults

Issue/Introduction

 How do I set the PAM Appliances to Factory Defaults?  I do not see that option on the appliance or in the application.

Environment

CA Privileged Access Manager 3.0.2

Resolution

The feature to Set Factory Defaults on LCD and Console is no longer available starting at 3.0.1.  
A Reset button still exists on the Configuration, Database UI page.  Note this button is only available when you unlock the appliance first on the Clustering page.
