Issues setting up and running reports from the Siteminer adminUI

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run any report in the AdminUI we are receiving the following error: Failed to execute ReportingInstanceEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: SmApiWrappedException:Column 'RPT_INSTANCE_ID' cannot accept a NULL value.

We also receive the following in the AdminUI server.log:

2018-05-15 15:54:34,781 ERROR [com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InternalInfoStore] (Thread-219) commitHelper(): failed: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$ContradictingValues: The property SI_ENDTIME has a value Wed Jan 31 10:26:54 EST 2018 that contradicts with property SI_STARTTIME of value Tue May 15 14:54:34 EDT 2018.  Resolve the contradiction.

Environment

Confirmed for 12.52 SP2 Policy Server, and Oracle Database on CABI 4.1 SP3

Cause

The start date of the reports were set in the future, causing problems generating 

Resolution

Go to each of the the Reports in the Report Server Admin UI, and change the default settings to recurrence once, and set the end date to the future (ex: December 2100).
