Problem with IIB10 fieldpack - no data reported in investigator

Issue/Introduction

This relates to the IIB10 FieldPack.  The IIB agent starts and looks to connect to the IIB10 broker. The broker appears in the workstation,however there are no metrics reported and there is the following FATAL error in the agent log

Cause

Problem was due to not having set the MQSI_CMP_USERNAME and MQSI_CMP_PASSWORD variables

IIB 10 Fieldpack

Resolution

As per the IIB Fieldpack readme

If Admin Security is enabled, then to set the username and password using below System environment properties
MQSI_CMP_USERNAME=username
MQSI_CMP_PASSWORD=password
