Dispatch RPO task abending with S013

Issue/Introduction
The CA Dispatch RPO subtasks is abending with a S013 abend when attempting to write output to JES that is destined to print on a CA SPOOL defined printer. When the abend occurs, the following messages are seen in the CA Dispatch logs:

Cause
CA Dispatch output has an LRECL of 32K. This causes a problem for CA-SPOOL.
Resolution
To address the problem, on the DESTID statement in your CA SPOOL parameters, add a DESTID QUSERID=cadsdisp,FLRECL=133 parameter.
The value for QUSERID comes from the userid assigned to the CA Dispatch started task.
The value for FLRECL is determined by the actual LRECL that you want to "force" the CA Dispatch output to be.
