When using View Log Analytics for CA Spectrum Events Data the event export is not RFC compliant – How can we correct this

Resolution

In 10.2.3 when using the View Log Analytics for CA Spectrum Events Data an issue has been identified where the event export is not RFC compliant.

This problem includes missing escapes and incorrect formatting to events.

If seeing problem on 10.2.3 you can request the following patch from support:

10.02.03.D427

This fix will be included in version Spectrum 10.3.1
