Failed to configure IDM 14.x integration with MS Exchange Server 2013 CU17

Issue/Introduction

AD endpoint has been defined and acquired. A new Exchange Server has been introduced and is not visible on the AD endpoint properties in Provisioning Manager. Ran the ldapsearch command and still Provisioning Manager is showing "This ADS Server does not run on Exchange 2000 Server"

IM 14.x

Cause

Provisioning Directory data is configured with eTADSExchange=0 therefore not showing the Exchange Server details

Resolution

Using Jxplorer connect to Provisioning DB (port 20391) with User DN eTDSAContainerName=DSAs,eTNamespaceName=CommonObjects,dc=etadb and the suitable password
Browse to eTADSDirectoryName=<ADSNAME>,eTNamespaceName=ActiveDirectory,dc=im,dc=etadb
And set eTADSexchange to 1 - submit
Exchange gateway details should now be visible via Provisioning Manager / Identity Manager UI
