Issue/Introduction
Installed Trend Micro Antivirus or any Antivirus on your servers that have CA Access gateway. The servers are running on Windows servers 2012 R2. You would like to know if there are any exclusion rules you need to enable once you install the anti virus to allow optimal running of CA Access gateway
Environment
Release: Component: SMSPS
Resolution
-The main thing you want for Ca Access Gateway/SPS or for any product performance, is to write exclusion rules for the product's log folders and exclusion rules so the anti virus does not block ports, networks, etc. You would also want to exclude a memory scan -You need to test the above in your lower environment 1st, before implementing in production -We do not certify any Anti virus products or their configuration on Ca Access Gateway or any Ca Sso product For any additional information on this subject you can put a post on https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-security
