CA PPM: Users can not see an out of the box Tab in the Projects

Issue/Introduction

Users can not see an out of the box Tab in the Projects. Why?

Environment

Release:
Component: ODPRM

Resolution

The reason is that the Tab was inactive in the Project Page Layout. 
a. Identify the Project Page Layout used for the projects. 
b. Go to Admin side - Portlet Pages. 
Open the identified Page Layout
c. Go to Tabs.
d. Be sure the Tabs you want the users to see in the Project are active.
